A Season of Hope amidst the Border Crisis

During this festive season, we are reminded that the greatest gift is the ability to help one another. While many of us gather in comfort, thousands of Cambodian families from near the Thai border are facing a very different reality—forced to leave their villages and carry what they can to live under plastic sheets

The ODA community has stepped up to meet this need. Our students have been working alongside Leng to fill 10kg bags of rice which cost ODA $4USD a bag, for displaced families, some of whom gratefully told us they hadn't eaten for three days.

It is heartbreaking to see families caught in the crossfire of conflict, but it is inspiring to see our young students lead with such compassion

Leng, Sry On, and the entire ODA team wish for peaceful solutions to these terrible wars, and a safe happy season with your loved ones and friends

We thank you for your continued support, which helps make this current emergency aid possible.

May your season be filled with the peace we all hope to see in the world.

Warmly, The ODA Community
